Folake Abiola, an accountant with GLO, committed suicide by ingesting Sniper.

She is known as a very kind person who is good at her job as a professional

Unfortunately, she has no husband, no child, no boyfriend.

Just Church only, as an ardent believer.

Say no to ❌Depression.

Nigerians need to seek professional help regarding their situation in life as most religious institutions were not designed to tackle mental issues. Most of the Churches preach prosperity and do not bother with issues of the mind as they are not trained for this. People should therefore seek help to discuss the challenging areas of their lives without shame.

Osinachi too had no way of discussing her issues with her Pastors or family members. We need to start seeking help and counselling for issues which depress us. may her gentle soul rest in eternal peace. Amen.
