Who banned Joe Odom from visiting Lamar

Joe Odom is reportedly banned from seeing his own son, Lamar, in the hospital and the big question now is who banned him.

But while Joe claims Khloe Kardashian is the one who’s making the rules, a new report as shared by Hollywoodlife.com tells a different story, was it actually Lamar who turned his old man away?

As reported by Lamar Odom has always had a shaky relationship with his father, Joe, and it doesn’t seem like that’s changed all that much now that he’s recovering from an alleged drug overdose in the hospital. Joe has even been axed off Lamar’s visitor’s list, and although he thinks it was Khloe Kardashian who did the dirty deed, it turns out that may not be the case…

More than two weeks after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, Lamar is on the road to recovery, and he’s actually able to make a lot of decisions on his own at this point, according to TMZ. And that includes deciding who can and can’t come visit him!

The site claims that it was actually the former Lakers star who insisted Joe should be turned away, even though Joe was filmed saying it was Khloe’s doing. Cameras caught Joe outside Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Oct. 28, where he ranted about how “upset” and “pissed” he was that he’d been denied entrance into the hospital for the second day in a row.

As we’ve seen on Khloe & Lamar, the ex-NBA player doesn’t have the best relationship with his dad. Joe is a known drug addict, and Lamar was mostly raised by his grandmother after his mother died at a young age.

Because a drug overdose is allegedly what landed Lamar in the hospital in the first place, it’s not all that surprising that he’d want to try and keep his association with anyone who might trigger his addiction to a minimum.

Although Khloe hasn’t been spending as much time with Lamar as she was when he was first hospitalized, she’s still made it a vow and priority to stick by him during his months of recovery.

The couple actually decided to call off their divorce on Oct. 21, but the reality star has made it clear that that doesn’t mean she’s getting back together with her husband…even though she knows she’ll always love him.
