Great news is coming from Lamar Odom bedside as he won’t be needing a kidney transplant after-all.
As reported by both TMZ and HollywoodLife.com, Lamar Odom’s kidneys have improved so much he'll be off 6 hours of daily dialysis and he won't need a kidney transplant.
It would be recalled that doctors told Lamar his kidney problems were life-threatening, and they told him they're surprised at the dramatic improvement.
Only days before he was taken off dialysis, doctors feared that he would have to undergo a kidney transplant in order to save his life.
Doctors are reportedly very surprised that his kidneys have made such a drastic improvement so quickly.
Just in the last 48 hours, Lamar’s kidneys have recovered so well that he’s been moved out of the ICU where he was getting dialysis in a private room.
Lamar is on the floor where hospital staff performs physical therapy.
We're told Lamar's motor skills are impaired from the strokes, and he'll undergo increasingly rigorous therapy to regain function.
Lamar continues to go above and beyond what’s been expected since his terrifying Oct. 13 hospitalization.
