Popular comedian acquires new house in Lekki as a Christmas gift for his family

Nigerian ace comedian, Bovi, has reportedly acquired a new home in what sources refer to as the 'Highbrow' areas of Lekki, Lagos.

The father-of-two shared a photo of his new one storey duplex on his Instagram page on Christmas Day, saying that it may not be situated in Banana Island, Victoria Island, Lagos, but that it was a start and he would get there.

Bovi shared the photo, with the caption:

All I got for Christmas 😂😂. Ok for at least 2 Christmases !!! It's not in banana island sha! But a woman opposite me sells groundnut. So let's just say it's in groundnut island. After all who fit buy groundnut go one day fit buy banana.!!! 😜😜😜. Merry Christmas y'all!!!!

Sources close to the star revealed that the house was situated in what they referred to as the 'Highbrow' areas of Lekki, Lagos, although the comedian is yet to substantiate the claim.

Bovi has obviously come a long, as he revealed earlier in the year that he had squatted with a squatter during the early stages of his career.
